What should I include in a support request?
Include the email tied to your SuperFlex account, your device model, iOS version, and a clear description of what happened. If possible, include screenshots or a short screen recording plus the exact steps that led to the issue.
How do I cancel SuperFlex Pro?
SuperFlex subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open iOS Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, then select SuperFlex and cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do refunds work?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. If you need help finding the correct refund flow, email support@superflex.fit and we will point you to Apple's refund request page.
Can I export my workout data?
Yes. You can export workout logs as CSV from Settings in the app. If export fails or the file looks incomplete, contact support and include the issue details so we can investigate.
How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account from Settings inside the app. This removes server-side data associated with your account. Active subscriptions still need to be canceled separately through Apple.
